Frequently asked questions
Before you start
Does an employee need a separate device?
No. Employees can use their Android phone or a web browser. The employer dashboard works on desktop and mobile.
Does CrewNivo track employees continuously?
Not by default. A separate location-history add-on can record location only during active work at the interval selected by the company. Collection stops during breaks, lunch and outside the workday.
Can the reports be used for payroll?
Reports consolidate work, break, waiting and work-order time as well as rates, and can be exported to PDF and Excel. The company remains responsible for its accounting rules and final payroll.
Can we request a custom module for our company?
Yes. Particularly for Pro customers, we assess the requested module's fit, technical feasibility and potential value to other users. Scope, price and delivery schedule are agreed separately before development begins.
