Terms of Service

1. Service
CrewNivo is software provided by BoostUp OÜ for managing working time, work orders, schedules, absences, expenses and reports. Available functionality depends on the selected plan and enabled modules.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of submitted data, user permissions and secure handling of login credentials. The service must not be used unlawfully, to infringe others' rights or to compromise system security.
3. Pricing and trial
Prices, billing period and minimum user count are defined in the order or a separate offer. A trial does not become paid without an agreed continuation with the customer.
4. Custom modules
We may develop custom modules for Pro customers under a separate agreement. Scope, price, schedule, rights and maintenance are agreed in writing before development starts.
5. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service reasonably secure and available, but maintenance, connectivity failures or circumstances beyond our control may cause interruptions. CrewNivo does not replace the customer's employment-law, accounting or tax review.
6. Termination and governing law
Termination terms are defined in the customer agreement. Estonian law applies. Send questions or complaints to info@boostup.ee.
