2. Data we process
Depending on the enabled modules, we process account and contact details, working-time entries, work orders, schedules, absences, expense documents, technical logs and location data when the employer has activated location features.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use data to provide and secure the service, offer support and fulfil contractual obligations. Employers determine the purposes of processing their employees' data, for which CrewNivo generally acts as a processor.
4. Location data
Location is processed only when the employer has enabled the module and has a lawful basis. Location is not requested after the workday has ended, during breaks or lunch, or during an absence. Exact use depends on the employer's chosen settings.
5. Retention and recipients
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law or defend legal claims. We use carefully selected hosting, communications and support providers and conclude data-processing agreements where required.
6. Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct or erase your data, restrict processing or object. For employment-related requests, contact your employer first. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
